Jeff Lunglhofer is currently the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Coinbase. In that role Jeff is responsible for all aspects of Cyber Strategy, Operations, Engineering, and Architecture as well as Trust & Safety for Coinbase retail and institutional customers. Jeff’s responsibilities go beyond traditional infrastructure and finance – extending into Web3 and Decentralized Finance (DeFi) where Jeff’s Blockchain Security team and Unit 0x team of blockchain researchers work tirelessly to secure the entire crypto ecosystem.

Prior to joining Coinbase, Jeff was the CISO for Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon). In that role Jeff was responsible for designing, implementing and nurturing a world class cybersecurity program providing comprehensive cybersecurity operations and engineering services across the entire BNY Mellon enterprise. Jeff grew a team of over 500 cybersecurity professionals spanning operations and engineering disciplines ranging from Cyber Threat Intelligence and Adversary Hunt teams to a global Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy, engineering and operations team.

Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Jeff led Booz Allen Hamilton’s Commercial Cyber Financial Services and Cross Sector Cyber Incident Response (IR) Practices. Jeff enjoys spending his free time outdoors in the mountains of rural Virginia where he pursues his hobby as an amateur lumberjack and sawmill operator.

With a specialization in information security, privacy, and the development of Enterprise technology programs, Teza has led critical initiatives for prominent organizations such as Citigroup, American Express, PayPal, Upwork, and Facebook, among others. He has also played an integral part in guiding multiple companies through the public offering process. Teza holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from India.
Throughout his professional journey, Teza has achieved several additional certifications and licenses, including CISA, CIPP, PMP, ITIL v3, CISSP, CRISC, and CAMS. Notably, he co-authored the “Purple Book of Software Security,” a comprehensive handbook that provides valuable insights from top security practitioners for building secure applications and products. This publication has received recognition from industry associations, including NASDAQ. Teza’s expertise and contributions have been acknowledged on a national level, as he was invited by the White House to participate in discussions on EV cybersecurity and future transformation planning.
In addition to his role at ChargePoint, Teza actively advises venture capitalists and startups in the security and technology space. He also serves on multiple advisory boards, further leveraging his knowledge and experience to provide valuable guidance and insights to the industry.

Chief Information Security Officer, Hearst Michael Palmer is The Chief Information Security Officer for Hearst where he leads enterprise-wide vision, strategy, and architecture of information security and technology risk management. With more than 360 businesses worldwide, Hearst is a leading diversified media, information, and services company. Its major interests include ownership in cable television networks such as A&E, HISTORY, Lifetime, and ESPN; global financial services leader Fitch Group; and Hearst Health, a group of medical information and services businesses. Michael brings his expertise to evangelize IT security across Hearst’s portfolio, integrating IT security as a critical component of business operations. Prior to joining Hearst, Michael served as the first CISO for the National Football League, where he oversaw the cybersecurity protection strategy for stadiums and league events such as Super Bowl and Pro Bowl whereby protecting fan, player, and employee data.

An industry thought leader, Michael serves on the Grambling State University Technology and Rochester Institute of Technology Computer Security Advisory Boards. In his work at the colleges, he helps shape the educational programs that train the next generation of cyber defenders.

Ian Rathie is the Chief Information Security Officer at Fitch Group, and oversees information security for all of Fitch Group’s business units. As CISO, Ian is responsible for forming the strategy for and leading the operational implementation of a company-wide information security program. As the first person to hold this position, Ian is building this capability for Fitch in partnership with senior members of technology, business, legal, and compliance teams.  Prior to joining Fitch, Ian was at Goldman Sachs where he established and built the CISO position at GS Bank USA, and was subsequently the head of Technology Risk for the Investment Management Division. Prior to joining Goldman in 2004, Ian was the head of Application Risk Consulting at JP Morgan Chase.

Ian holds a Master of Science degree in Cyber Security from the New York University Polytechnic School of Engineering as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing Sciences, from the University of Victoria Faculty of Engineering. Ian has taught graduate level courses in information security and privacy at the New York University Tandon School of Engineering. Ian lives in New York City with his wife and two cats. He enjoys exploring the city on his e-bike.

Mike Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mike currently holds the position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Talon Cyber Security, where they have been since March 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as an Investor, Advisor, and Sales Leader.

From 2017 to 2023, Mike held various roles at CrowdStrike, including Global Vice President – Horizon Group, Vice President Sales – Europe, and Vice President Sales – Global Financial Services.

Before joining CrowdStrike, Mike worked at Tanium as VP Sales – Global Financial Services and Regional Sales Manager. Mike was responsible for providing endpoint management solutions and empowering large enterprises with instant visibility and remediation capabilities.

Mike’s early career includes roles at Apptio as Regional Vice President – Sales and Director-Strategic Accounts, HP Software formerly Opsware Inc. as a Strategic Account Executive, Opsware as a District Sales Manager, Northeast, Selectica as a Major Account Executive, and Software Emancipation Technology as a District Sales Manager.

Prior to their enrollment at Southern New Hampshire University, they attended Bridgton Academy from 1989 to 1990, although no degree or field of study was specified.

Troy Wilkinson

Troy Wilkinson began his career serving others as a Law Enforcement officer. He commanded a Joint Terrorism Task Force, was a lead bomb investigator, and violent crime and homicide detective however his greatest achievement in the field of law enforcement came from his ability and skill investigating and prosecuting child pornography and other electronic crimes.

Wilkinson was recruited by the U.S. State Department to train police officers in Kosovo on cyber investigations. Working under the George W Bush and Obama presidencies, he was a top U.S. cyber investigator seconded to the United Nations and European Union to lead investigations into political corruption, organized crime, war crimes, financial crimes and terrorism. Together with a team of international investigators, Wilkinson built the first IT forensics lab in the European Union Mission in Kosovo.

After returning home to the U.S, Wilkinson co-founded Axiom Cyber Solutions, with a mission to develop intelligent, automated, and self-healing cyber security platforms to help secure America’s businesses against cybercriminals. He exited the company in June 2019 when Axiom was acquired by a private equity firm.

Wilkinson is currently the Chief Information Security Officer with Interpublic Group, a Fortune 500 company. Prior to his current position, Wilkinson served as the Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Information Officer for several large multi-national firms.

Wilkinson is a worldwide speaker on cybersecurity, co-authored an Amazon Best Seller, and has been featured on NBC, CBS, and Fox news stations. He is a consultant with several VC firms and has contributed to numerous national syndicated publications on cybersecurity topics including ransomware, DDoS, cyber-crime trends, and cyber security careers.

Allen Wilson, Chief Information Security Officer for AXIS Capital, has over 25 years in risk management, information security research, development, and vulnerability analysis at leading Internet and technology companies. As CISO, Wilson has global responsibility for Information Risk Management and Cybersecurity. Prior to joining AXIS Capital, Wilson was Chief Security Officer and VP of Research at SecureWorks, the largest Managed Information Security Services Provider in the United States, where he built and oversaw the research team which is responsible for discovering the latest cybersecurity threats from the underground and developing countermeasures to protect against these threats. Prior to joining SecureWorks, Wilson was based in Amsterdam where he served as Head of Policy, Governance and Risk Management for ING’s Information Risk Management Group. Prior to joining ING, Wilson was employed as Chief Security Officer for Guardent, a managed security services provider. Wilson developed and administered Guardent’s corporate security program. Prior to Guardent, Wilson was previously employed as Director of Countermeasures on Internet Security System’s X-Force team where he researched and published several security advisories, developed strategies and tools for combating distributed denial of service attacks, and managed researchers responsible for writing attack signatures for their intrusion detection software. Prior to ISS, Wilson worked as a Director in Prudential Insurance Company of America’s Information Security Office recommending and developing enterprise security solutions. Wilson has consulted for AT&T, Northern Telecom, U.S. Department of the Interior, and U.S. Department of Treasury.
