For his work in the U.S. Intelligence Community earned Mr. Archer the National Performance Review Hammer Award, a Distinguished Service Award from the Central Intelligence Agency and a Meritorious Unit Citation from the National Security Agency. Mr. Archer was also named the 2011 North American Information Security Executive of the Year.

Tim Brown joined SolarWinds in 2017 as vice president of security and is now the CISO for SolarWinds, overseeing internal IT security, product security, and security strategy. After the SUNBURST attack in December 2020, Tim Brown led the response and remediation efforts. Tim has spoken to thousands of customers and has been instrumental in all customer remediation support and services. He has worked closely with the SolarWinds® CEO in designing the future state of security and their “Secure by Design” philosophy. This new philosophy on software design will not only benefit SolarWinds but the industry as a whole, and it sets a precedent for responses to future cyberattacks. As a former Dell Fellow and CTO, Tim deeply understands the challenges and aspirations of the person responsible for driving digital innovation and change. Tim has over 25 years of experience, and his trusted advisor status has taken him from meeting with members of Congress and the Senate to the Situation Room in the White House. He’s also an avid inventor and holds 18 issued patents on security-related topics.

Yuriy has led the Advanced Threat Research team at Intel Security and microprocessor security analysis team at Intel Corporation. He also created CHIPSEC, the open-source firmware and hardware security assessment framework.

Rajeev Chand is a Partner at Wing responsible for research. He previously served as Managing Director at Rutberg & Company, where he built the firm from a startup to a global platform with differentiated thought capital and senior executive relationships. He co-created Rutberg’s summits, including the flagship Wireless Influencers, and hosted and interviewed the most influential leaders in business and technology.

Frank J. Cilluffo is the Director of Auburn’s McCrary Institute for Cyber and Critical Infrastructure Security. He serves on the U.S. Cyberspace Solarium Commission and previously led efforts on cyber, supply chain, and economic security for DHS’ Homeland Security Advisory Council. Cilluffo routinely advises senior officials on national and cybersecurity strategy and policy and has publicly testified before Congress on dozens of occasions on a wide range of issues related to cyberthreats, counterterrorism, security and deterrence, weapons proliferation, intelligence and threat assessments, and emergency management. Cilluffo previously served as a Special Assistant to President George W. Bush for Homeland Security immediately following the attacks on September 11.

Jerry is currently the Vice President and Chief Security Officer for a Fortune 500 utility services provider in Northern California and is responsible for the physical and cyber protection of the electrical grid and gas pipeline services for more than 17 million Northern California customers. With more than 16 years of service, Jerry served as the cybersecurity executive for several federal Executive Branch Agencies to include NASA and the US Department of Veterans Affairs. Jerry is a combat decorated Marine and served worldwide as a counterintelligence and counterespionage officer with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Jerry is a Fellow with the Institute for Critical Infrastructure Technology (ICIT) a Washington, DC Think Tank, a Senior Fellow with CivilianCyber, and serves on the Professional Advisory Board with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, College of Security and Intelligence, Prescott, AZ. Jerry holds a bachelor’s degree in business and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and is a graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Uniform Police Officer training course.

Alex is the Founder and Managing General Partner of Ten Eleven Ventures, the industry’s original venture capital fund focused solely on investing in digital security. The founding of Ten Eleven brought together Alex’s experiences in finance, investing, software, and security operating roles in Silicon Valley. In 2002, Alex co-founded PGP Corporation, a company that combined the vision for a new security company with the secure email standard OpenPGP. Alex was the critical business architect of the hybrid structure that combined an innovation-led startup with assets from Network Associates (McAfee). Heather Dyer was named vice president, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in January 2022. She has acted in this role since November 2021. Dyer recently served as the director, Identity and Access Management in the CISO organization, where she was responsible for modernizing the Postal Service’s internal and external identity and access management programs to ensure our most critical systems and data are secure across the enterprise. Dyer has also served as the manager, Mail Entry, responsible for ensuring revenue for over $46 billion in commercial mail revenue, as well as developing and deploying a modernized payment platform under payment modernization.

Patricia Hinerman (she/her) is Chief Information Officer of IPG, responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications that are used across IPG and our companies globally.

Patricia has more than 25 years of technology expertise and has served in a number of technology roles within IPG since 2008, in a number of technology roles, most recently as IPG’s Chief Information Security Officer. In this role, she led a global team of information technology and cybersecurity professionals playing a key role in business value protection across IPG. Patricia managed IPG’s cross-discipline incident response function and together with her team, deployed a Socratic style to govern and balance systemic cyber risk integrating their perspectives throughout IPG’s enterprise risk management practices; IT operations; cybersecurity resiliency; privacy/regulatory programs; third-party risk management; and SOX, audit, and compliance requirements. And in 2019, she was responsible for IT diligence for the multi-billion dollar acquisition of Acxiom into the IPG portfolio.

In addition to her thorough and thoughtful leadership, Patricia is an involved corporate citizen and community member. Ramy Houssaini is the Global Chief Cyber and Technology Risk Officer and Group Data Protection Officer for BNP Paribas. He is a member of the firm’s RISK Executive Board. He is an internationally recognized executive with a unique background in Cyber Security, Data Privacy, Operational Risk Management and Technology. He has extensive global experience in the Financial Services, Consumers Goods, Telecom and Healthcare industries.

Prior to his current role, Ramy served as the Vice President of British Telecom in Europe, the Regional head of the Cyber Practice for Accenture and as the Vice President for Global Risk Management at Visa Inc. Aaron Hughes is Group Vice President and CISO for Albertsons Companies. In this role he is responsible for enabling the business and securing the infrastructure, digital assets, and payments for a network of over 2200 supermarkets operating under 20 brands across the United States.

Pete Kim is the Chief Information Security Officer for Raytheon Missiles & Defense, a business of Raytheon Technologies. He leads the company’s information and cybersecurity strategy, enterprise risk management and compliance programs to protect a broad portfolio of advanced defense technologies for 30K employees in 30 states and 28 countries. Pete is a retired United States Air Force Colonel and former Senior Executive Service member who has pioneered military cyber operations and strategies in the Air Force and the Department of Defense.

Prior to joining Raytheon in 2018, Pete was selected as the first Air Force Chief Information Security Officer in 2016 after successfully leading a global cybersecurity task force for the Chief of Staff of the Air Force in 2015. He established cybersecurity policies and compliance programs and oversaw the execution of global cybersecurity programs and operations for Air Force missions for nearly 700K personnel around the world. As a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from 2008 to 2010, he shaped national cyber strategies and policies at the White House in multiple government interagency forums. He was also on the Joint Staff team that established United States Cyber Command where he was subsequently assigned as a Division Chief in the Operations Directorate, leading and participating in full-spectrum cyber operations in support of the Global War on Terrorism and national defense. As the Commander of the 92nd Information Operations Squadron from 2006 to 2008, he led several innovative teams to implement combined intelligence and cyber hunt operations with military and law enforcement partners to secure and defend national assets from adversary computer network exploitation. These operations culminated in what are known today as Cyber Protection Teams at United States Cyber Command.

Pete is a recognized leader in cybersecurity nationally and in the state of Arizona. He is passionate about mentoring and providing opportunities for the next generation of cyber professionals. He currently advises several cybersecurity startups and is on the board of two cyber non-profits, the Arizona Cyber Threat Response Alliance and AZ Cyber Initiative. He is also on the cybersecurity advisory board for the Department of Management Information Systems at the University of Arizona.

Joe Levy joined Sophos as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in February 2015. In this role he leads the company’s technology strategy worldwide, driving product vision and innovation to both enhance and simplify IT security. Joe brings more than 20 years of leadership and development expertise, focusing on information security. Prior to Sophos, Joe was CTO for Blue Coat Systems following the company’s May 2013 acquisition of security analytics pioneer Solera Networks, where he had served as CTO since 2008. Jason Lish is currently the Chief Security Officer of Lumen Technologies, a leading telecommunications and Technology company that provides innovative networking, edge cloud, connected security and collaboration solutions to customers worldwide. After beginning his career in the United States Airforce, where he served as a Systems and Intelligence Analyst, Jason went on to hold senior security-oriented leadership positions at several prominent corporations including Advisor Group, Alight Solutions, Charles Schwab, and Honeywell International. Shehzad Merchant serves as Chief Technology Officer of Gigamon bringing over 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry. David M. Smith is a senior executive and special agent with over 20 years of public service with the U.S. Secret Service. Mr. Smith began his career in 2001 as a special agent assigned to the San Francisco Field Office. He subsequently served on the Presidential Protective Division, followed by a highly competitive assignment in the special projects section of the Office of
Investigations. In 2014, Mr. Smith was promoted to the Assistant to the Special Agent in Charge of the Los Angeles Field Office, where he directed numerous protective visits and criminal investigations. While in this supervisory role, at one of the largest and most dynamic Secret Service field offices, he was concurrently selected to be a Shift Leader for the Candidate Nominee Operation Section within the Dignitary Protective Division. As a Shift Leader, Mr. Smith was responsible for overseeing and coordinating the protection of a leading presidential candidate during the 2016 Presidential campaign. In 2016, Mr. Smith was selected by the Office of Professional Responsibility for the role of Assistant Inspector within the Inspection Division. Following his tenure in the Inspection Division, Mr. Smith held numerous supervisory assignments at U.S. Secret Service headquarters including: the Special Agent in Charge (SAIC) of Safety, Health, and Environmental Programs Division, the Senior Executive Service (SES) position of SAIC of the Criminal Investigative Division, and SES position of Deputy Assistant Director within the Office of Investigations.

In March 2022, Mr. Smith was named the 28th Assistant Director of the Office of Investigations, where he leads the global investigative mission of the Secret Service, consisting of 161 offices and over 3,000 personnel. A native of Miami, Florida with roots in Georgia, Mr. Smith earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Public Administration degrees from the University of Central Florida.

Karthik is a Partner at Evolution Equity Partners. He leads investments in cybersecurity, enterprise software, IoT, cloud and analytics primarily in the United States and Israel, and brings over 15 years of investment, entrepreneurial, operational, M&A and investment banking experience to this role. Prior to joining Evolution, Karthik led Cisco’s cybersecurity acquisition and investment team. During his time at Cisco, Karthik helped build Cisco’s current extensive cybersecurity portfolio through numerous strategic acquisitions. He led several marquee transactions, including the acquisition of Duo Security, OpenDNS, Lancope and Cloudlock with a cumulative transaction value of over $3.75B. Prior to Cisco, Karthik held several roles over years as an entrepreneur, a technologist and an investment banker.

Stephen Ward is a Managing Director at Insight. He joined in 2021 to focus on investments in cybersecurity. Prior to joining Insight, Stephen was Chief Information Security Officer at The Home Depot, where he provided progressive direction over cybersecurity and technology risk. He is also a Board Member of Mimecast and served on the board of Cloudknox, which recently sold to Microsoft. His innovative approach has led to malware related patented technology and he has received award recognition from his industry peers in cybersecurity.

He has over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, physical security, fraud and technology risk acquired throughout his career in both the public sector (U.S. Secret Service) and the private sector (JPMorgan Chase and TIAA). He has spent the past 10 years as an advisor to founders of startup companies helping them with strategy, product and business development. He is a passionate autism advocate inspired by his amazing son and the need for all special needs children to live incredible lives. Stephen believes that technology is truly changing the world with astonishing benefits, but that it will never take the place of compassion, empathy and understanding of others’ differences. Stephen is a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and graduate of Seton Hall University.

Chief Security Officer at AlertEnterprise, and the Founding Partner of Aspen Chartered,
where he provides cybersecurity consulting and advisory services to public and private
sector organizations around the world.

Mark has held a variety of executive level cybersecurity roles including an appointment
by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger as California’s first Chief Information Security
Officer, Chief Security Officer at the North American Electric Reliability Corporation, and
an appointment in the Obama Administration as the first Deputy Under Secretary for
Cybersecurity at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Mark is a former naval cryptologist where he served as the Director of Navy Computer
Network Defense Operations and Director of the Navy Computer Incident Response
Team (NAVCIRT).

Troy Wilkinson began his career serving others as a Law Enforcement officer. He commanded a Joint Terrorism Task Force, was a lead bomb investigator, and violent crime and homicide detective however his greatest achievement in the field of law enforcement came from his ability and skill investigating and prosecuting child pornography and other electronic crimes.

Wilkinson was recruited by the U.S. State Department to train police officers in Kosovo on cyber investigations. Working under the George W Bush and Obama presidencies, he was a top U.S. cyber investigator seconded to the United Nations and European Union to lead investigations into political corruption, organized crime, war crimes, financial crimes and terrorism. Together with a team of international investigators, Wilkinson built the first IT forensics lab in the European Union Mission in Kosovo. After returning home to the U.S, Wilkinson co-founded Axiom Cyber Solutions, with a mission to develop intelligent, automated, and self-healing cyber security platforms to help secure America’s businesses against cybercriminals. He exited the company in June 2019 when Axiom was acquired by a private equity firm.
Wilkinson is currently the Global Director of Cybersecurity Operations with Interpublic Group, a Fortune 500 company. Prior to his current position, Wilkinson served as the Chief Information Security Officer for International Cruise & Excursions.
