Do I need to take care of my own airport transportation?
Yes. SINET will provide transportation to all planned activities except to and from the airport. Jackson is a small community and Uber is not recommended – prearranging a taxi to take you to and from the airport is advised. We recommend the below companies.

Should I book my accommodations?
No.  Hotel accommodations have been taken care of by SINET and your confirmation number and hotel information will be sent to you in your pre-event arrival letter. We have reserved your hotel room at The Wyoming Inn for the nights of August 24, 25, and 26.
SINET’s accommodation coverage applies only to The Wyoming Inn.

If renting a car is your preference, the process couldn’t be easier. The rental car parking lot is located directly in front of the Jackson Hole Airport.

Can I bring my significant other to Jackson Hole?

• Planned activities are for the attending Risk Executive only.
• Everyone is welcome to join the group for dinner on Monday, August 25th.

What is the weather like?
August is a beautiful time to visit Jackson with an average high temperature of 80°F and low temperature of 39°F. Mountain weather can be unpredictable so be prepared to dress in layers.

How do I prepare for Fly Fishing?
No preparation is needed. Our guides are prepared to accommodate first-time and experienced fishers. We will pair you appropriately. Hat, sunscreen, sneakers or water shoes, and layered dressing are advised. You must purchase a fly fishing license prior to your arrival in Jackson Hole HERE.
