Jack Cable is a hacker who works at the intersection of cybersecurity and public policy. Jack most recently worked as a security architect at the Krebs Stamos Group. Before that, Jack served as an Election Security Technical Advisor at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), where he led the development and deployment of Crossfeed, a pilot to scan election assets nationwide.

Jack is a top ranked bug bounty hacker, having identified over 350 vulnerabilities in companies including Google, Facebook, Uber, Yahoo, and the U.S. Department of Defense. After placing first in the Hack the Air Force challenge, Jack began working at the Pentagon’s Defense Digital Service. Jack was named one of Time Magazine’s 25 most influential teens for 2018.

Ian Ellis is an experienced technology strategist who has driven C-level stakeholder engagement across some of world’s leading organisations, including Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Prudential Financial, Microsoft and Bank of Ireland.

Typically his work involves aligning the high level objectives for an organisation with its technology and business strategies, particularly related to how it drives innovation and also engagement with the external ecosystem of emerging technologies, investors and incumbent tech players.

Ian co-founded the OperAngels syndicate of industry experts, focused predominantly on making angel investments in the enterprise tech and cyber security spaces. He is also the Founder of Enterprise Tech London (formerly the London Enterprise Tech Meetup) and was an entrepreneurial driving force behind the Accenture FinTech Innovation Lab in London.

Kelly has over 25 years of leadership and SaaS experience with expertise in quality, security, and enterprise applications technology. Currently, she’s responsible for CarGurus’s Information Security, Technology and Enterprise Applications departments, where she and her team secures and protects both internal and external customer data. She has a proven track record of successfully building and running security, privacy, quality, and technology programs at multiple organizations including Hasbro, Salsify and Brightcove. She is also currently serving a two-year term on Lacework’s Customer Advisory Board (CAB). In 2020, Kelly completed her Master of Science in Information Security and Assurance with a concentration in international privacy law from Norwich University in Vermont. She was awarded The Master of Cybersecurity Student of the Year from the University and graduated top of her class. Kelly is an active member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and has built multiple privacy programs from the ground up, including GDPR and CCPR (formally, CCPA). In both 2022 and 2023, Kelly was named to the Top 100 and 50 Information Security Professionals by OnCon. Rob Joyce started as the National Security Agency’s new Director of Cybersecurity last week. As the new Cybersecurity director, he oversees NSA’s Cybersecurity Directorate, which was established in October 2019 to prevent and eradicate cyber threats to the Department of Defense, National Security Systems, and the Defense Industrial Base.

Joyce assumed the position after serving as NSA’s top cryptologic representative in the United Kingdom; the Special U.S. Liaison Officer in London. Joyce has also held positions in the National Security Council, serving as cybersecurity coordinator and special assistant to the president from March 2017 to May 2018, including time as acting Deputy Homeland Security Advisor and Acting Homeland Security Advisor.  He has worked to establish strong partnerships across the U.S. Government, industry, and allies, throughout his tenure and will continue these efforts in his new position.

Joyce succeeds Anne Neuberger, who now serves as the Deputy National Security Advisor for Cyber and Emerging Technology on the National Security Council. During her tenure, Neuberger worked to operationalize intelligence through actionable cybersecurity guidance and strengthen public-private partnerships for cybersecurity outcomes that scaled across sectors. These are goals Joyce shares, due to his wealth of experience in positions across the U.S. Government and overseas.

Joyce has a lengthy history with the National Security Agency, serving in multiple positions with a cybersecurity emphasis, including as the Deputy Director to the former Information Assurance Directorate, and as the Director of Tailored Access Operations.

I currently serve as a Senior Advisor for Deloitte Global. Previously, I was appointed Deloitte Global’s Chief Information Security Officer in April 2018 and responsible for building and maintaining the vision, strategy, and programs necessary to secure Deloitte’s information assets, technologies, and data. I drove the continuous evolution and deployment of an enterprise-wide information risk management program and had the privilege to lead world class cybersecurity talent.

Formerly, I served as the Chief Security Officer (CSO) for CenturyLink, Inc. I also served as the Vice President of Corporate Security for Qwest Communications International, Inc., prior to the merger with CenturyLink where I was responsible for various corporate security programs.

As a Supervisory Special Agent with the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), I was responsible for investigating violations of federal statutes in which the Internet, computer systems, and networks were exploited as the targets of terrorist organizations, foreign government sponsored intelligence operations or criminal activities. I managed programs related to white collar crime, crisis management, critical infrastructure protection, and violent crime.

Mario Memmo is CISO at Otis Elevator Company. Otis is the industry leader in elevators, escalators, and moving walkways and moves 2 billion people a day worldwide. As Otis’ first CISO, he built a business-driven risk-based global Cyber Security program from the ground up where he developed, implemented, and maintains all aspects of the global Cybersecurity program including Governance, Risk, and Compliance, Threat Intelligence, and Identity and Access Management in a continuously evolving cyber security landscape. Mario also developed a Cyber Governance program that includes regular briefings to the Board of Directors and Otis Executive leaders.

Mario also is responsible for cloud and vulnerability assessments that set the standard for ongoing Otis initiatives. Some notable achievements include his starting the Security Operations Center where threats are monitored 24/7 – including protocols for Incident Response and recovery as well as a Product Security Program that focuses on protecting products deployed at customers sites As Otis is an international company with 69,000 employees, he has worked with global regulatory compliance mandates including Sarbanes Oxley, ISO, NIST, GDPR, SOC2, CCPA, FAR, CMMI, PCI, and CMMC.

Prior to Otis, Mario was Deputy Program Director at ActioNet, INC. ActioNet is an IT company that focuses on cloud-based solutions, cybersecurity, and agile engineering. He led major programs where he aligned and executed IT objectives for the Department of Energy ), successfully leading a team of 700 contractors to achieve this. He was responsible for creating the Incident Response Center, a next-gen initiative that focused on Enterprise and Security Ops.

Kate Prouty is the Chief Information Officer of Akamai Technologies. Before becoming CIO in 2021, Kate spent over 20 years in technical management positions at Akamai. She is a graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Lauren Dana Rosenblatt is the VP, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for IFF. She defines the strategy, design, and implementation of all technology, automation, and data initiatives for IFF Information Security. She serves on the Retail and Hospitality Information Sharing and Analysis Center (RH-ISAC) Board (Secretary), Evanta (Gartner) Fortune 1000 CISO Community Governing Body, Security Innovation Network (SINET) Innovation Award Judge, and National Retail Federation (NRF) IT Security Council Executive Committee (Board). Nick Salian is a Managing Director and Group Chief Information Security Officer for Cantor Fitzgerald and its affiliated firms, responsible for the global cybersecurity program across a diverse array of businesses, including equity and fixed income capital markets, investment banking, commercial real estate finance and services, prime brokerage, asset management and wealth management, and e-commerce and online ventures. Prior to his current position, he served as the Deputy CISO, at MUFG Securities Americas Inc. and as the Global CISO for Tower Research Capital a High Frequency Trading firm based in NY.
