Marina Park’s practice emphasizes licensing and transactions for emerging growth and technology companies. From January 1999 through May 2006 Marina was the firmwide Managing Partner of Pillsbury and during that time also served on the firm's Board and Finance and Compensation Committees.

Marina’s clients include internet, semiconductor, software and other technology companies. Representative transactions include joint development agreements (often with equity components), software development agreements, wafer production agreements, technology licensing agreements, joint marketing agreements and product distribution agreements. She also counsels clients on trade secret protection, intellectual property ownership and dispute resolution. She strives to add value to each client's business through her extensive experience with technology transactions and background in litigation and management.
