Greg graduated from Elon University in 1981 with a history degree. HeI went to work for the Army in Fort Monmouth, NJ at the Communication and Electronics Command (CECOM) and worked there from 1982-1990. He worked in the Night Vision and Electro-optic sensor/laser division and worked mainly on R&D/production type contracts. I worked mainly with CPFF and CPAF and FPIF type contracts. In 1990 Greg went to the IRS to work in their IT division and worked several years procuring IT products and services. He received his unlimited warrant in 1996. He then became a branch chief in 2003 and was in charge of $500,000,000. a year in expenditures. Greg came to GSA as a Division Director to the Schedule 70 portfolio in January 2009.
