Dan Callahan

As president and owner of Venona Consulting, LLC, Dan draws on over twenty years of direct sales and business development experience, in the federal market. This has spanned complex hardware, software and services in a broad spectrum of categories. Some of his most recent consulting experience has been in the information assurance market, where he helped an OEM more than triple their sales revenue in three years. Recent support to a software engineering firm allowed penetration into the defense intelligence community where growth was directly impacted. Other work is ongoing in the area of IT services and acquisition support directly towards the intelligence community (IC).

Other successful experience includes business development to US Navy, Army, and many civilian agencies (DHS, CIA, etc.). In 2007, he authored Cracking The Code: The Professional Salesperson’s Guide To Penetrating the Intelligence Community, (Author House).
