Ken Rogers currently serves as the Director of Strategy, Architecture and Planning at the US Department of State commercializing the enterprise through innovation and emerging technologies.

Ken has over 25 years of experience working with multinationals, US & foreign government agencies, non-profit organizations, and small business start-ups. He has managed projects in Asia, Africa, the America’s, and Central & Eastern Europe.

Ken’s public sector career includes serving as Chief Information Officer at the Science & Technology Directorate within the Department of Homeland Security, the eCommerce Strategist at the US Export Import Bank, overseeing IT Strategic Planning at the US Department of Commerce Bureau of Economic Analysis and various positions at the Department of Homeland Security. 

He holds a BA in Economics and multiple advanced degrees in Information Systems, International Management, and International Affairs & Development.  Ken and his wife Pam live in Vienna, VA with their four children.
